  • Not good for storage or organization

#1 use for me is as an everyday laptop/work brief case, NOT LUGGAGE. Not a single pocket in the Laptop section or the clothing section! No card pockets at all! I have a lot of cords for phones, jump drives, chargers, CDs, travel meds, cards (business, loyalty, access, etc), small tool pack, of course a cork screw, international bits, passport, etc etc. This is NOT a good case for storage or organization!
That said, its well made, rolls great, sturdy, handle is good, cool idea for latch to your rolling suit case, replaceable wheels, will fit over head on the small regional jets!

  • Won Over

I just purchased your @work Large expandable rolling brief case at a Briggs & Riley retailer. I was considering a Tumi, as well as other manufacturers. I was impressed with the overall design of the model, but was "won over" by the organization & ergonomics of this finely designed bag!

I use a laptop, tablet and smart phone as indispensable item in my legal profession, and find the multitude of compartments very convenient. I love the expandability of the bag and the gussets that open to store all my files and law books. Easy access to frequently used outside compartments are a plus, as well as the umbrella pocket and secret hidden I.D. tag. I am afraid to keep it out of my sight for I am sure I am not the only person noticing its great looks and functionality!

I am proud to own such a fine piece of luggage, and can't wait for the day when I can get a Briggs & Riley 22" Baseline Carry On to attach and complete my travel set! Keep up the great work designing these "works of art!"

  • Not Happy ...

Big and well-built for the most part. However falls over easily especially when expanded. System for inter-locking is flimsy doesn't hold roller on suitcase slides off ... not a great purchase for the money!

  • Customer for Life

Bag is the best travel bag ever made. Had one that broke down, so bought a new one, but since they have a lifetime guarantee, I am getting my other fixed so I have a back up!

  • DON'T DO IT!

I bought this bag because I needed space for a projector and files. Have always loved Briggs and this one is a disaster. It falls over when expanded, the design for attaching it to a roll on is garbage. It constantly falls to the side. Worst bag I have ever had!

  • Road warrior

I have logged hundreds of thousands of miles with this bag. It has survived everything I've thrown at it. It's big, so don't expect to put it under the seat in front of you. However, you can usually fit it in the overhead. If you need a travel tank, this is it.
