  • For the most part, this bag is well-built, durable and a good size for most trips. I chose this bag several years ago specifically because it has a built-in suiter. My disappointments with this bag: 1) the suiter normally wrinkles my clothes more than simply folding them in the main compartment does, 2) the expandable feature of the bag needs some work--even though I rarely expand the bag, all the travel and baggage handling has made the sides of the bag weak and normally when it comes down the baggage chute, it looks like it blew up from inside, with the expansion material sticking out all around the bag, 3) the handle is a different width than its carry-on counterpart, so the locking mechanism on my computer bag doesn't fit this bag like it does the carry-on. This bag has a lot of potential, but if I had it to do over, I would not buy it.

  • Both pieces of B&R that I own have held up well and the construction is better than other brands of luggage I have used. The rollers are smooth as silk. The canvas and piping is strong an durable. I anticipate several more years of use.

  • I've had several other pieces of B&R luggage in the past & I've been extremely happy with them. This year, knowing that I had several trips ahead of me, I decided to buy two new, lighter pieces -- this 25" & the 22". Both are light, thoughtfully designed, & sturdy. This piece & a tote got me through a 4 week long trip to Europe & Scandinavia. I had it packed to the gills, but it came thru unphazed. I used the Eagle Creek packing cubes to further organize the contents. One small complaint is that the expandable pull handles feel a bit less sturdy than they might, but so far, so good. I was picked up by a limo when I returned home & the driver looked at the brand of luggage & snobbishly said that I MUST be "somebody."

  • Frequent travel led me to the B&R brand. It is the only one that has lasted. I recently had an issue with a zipper on my Baseline that TSA damaged beyond repair. B&R replaced the bag with a new one, no questions asked. It doesn't get any better than that!

  • This is my 2nd B&R of this kind (the 1st is being repaired after 10 years of hard use). Great follow up to the prior model and I like the zipper enclosure for suits and hanging shirts. Unfortunately the fold up from which is framed with a thin hard cardboard or metal dowel has already broken so will be replacing that.

  • The case performs extremely well and is so well designed. It will last for many years. The adaptable luggage load facility is excellent.

  • It's a great Bag. seriously. Travel is my job. been working in the business aviation industry as pilot us, europe and middle east. This bag is with me since I started - 2008. Great value for the price even FULL it will stay upright, great balancing and slim appearance

  • Bought sight unseen because (1) Consumer Reports gives B&R luggage good ratings for reliability and (2) it had the dimensions and features I wanted. Very cool that the B&R website lets you filter by feature; for example, I wanted 2 wheels, but most suitcases are now spinners.
Very sturdy, as expected, and also has bonus features that I found very handy, such as expandability.
