“As the owner of the company, these collections are like my children. It’s hard for me to choose the one I love the most! But even to me, this BRX bag stands out - It’s lightweight and easy to carry-on, so I can travel with it anywhere. This bag gives me the flexibility to pack as little or as much as I need for a short trip.”

  • I purchased the Expandable Upright bag in March. I had an older Briggs and Riley bag I'd bought in Half Moon Bay at their shop in 1998 and love the bag but it was just not practical for overhead bins in a plane. Too long and I really rarely used it. So I wanted a new bag more compact that would easily slide into the overhead bins. This bag is just awesome. So many pockets to store things and the expandable was used on the first trip and worked well. Rolls super easy and it doesn't fall over even with it's packed heavily in the outter pockets. I love this bag.

  • I travel every week, mostly on airlines both USA domestic and transatlantic. I have four Briggs & Riley bags ranging from a smaller two night out bag, two mid-size cabin bags and one large bag. I use the cabin bags the most. I have been using Briggs & Riley bags for at least 12 years and in that time they have held up to all the abuse one could inflict on a bag from overfilling, to rolling cross gravel roads to various drops, bangs and scrapes. All of the bags have held up. When I had an issue with the telescoping handle, I sent the bag back to the service center (postage cost to me $11) and they repaired the bag and cleaned it and shipped it back at no charge, no questions asked. I've had lots of other brands of bags but none have come close to the durability of the Briggs and Riley bags.

The Briggs and Riley bags are well designed to hold my clothes without wrinkling them and they also have clever little pockets and compartments for toiletries and other odd bits and pieces one might want handy whilst travelling.

I will only user Briggs and Riley bags fro my travels.
