We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. Bongo International (in coordination with Briggs & Riley) is responsible for all billing, shipping and customer service related to your international order.

It's easy to place an order for International shipment. Here's how:

• Select your item(s) and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout.
• Select your country on the Billing & Shipping screen. You will receive a pop-up notification alerting you that your current shopping cart will be transferred to Bongo International to facilitate the international shipping process
• Upon completion of your order, Bongo International will charge your credit card for the entire purchase, which includes all related taxes, tariffs, duties, handling fees, etc. You will receive an order confirmation directly from Bongo International containing your Bongo tracking number.
• Once your order is complete, all inquiries should be directed to Bongo International at: Support@BongoUS.com.

Please note that any and all free shipping offers apply to domestic transport only. Bongo International will apply international shipping and any tariffs that apply.

Returns for international orders must be processed through Bongo International. Please contact Bongo US International at 203-683-4894 or email: Support@BongoUS.com. Bongo International will provide a Briggs & Riley return authorization (RA) number. The Return Authorization (RA) number must be included in the return shipping information. You will be responsible for all the shipping costs, taxes and tariffs incurred for the return of the product(s) to the Briggs & Riley distribution center. Upon receipt and inspection of the product a refund will be issued to the credit card you used to purchase the product.
