  • Would give it six stars if we could!

  • Traveled on a 2 and 1/2 week ocean adventure cruise and land tour with weight limit of 44-50 lbs. This was the right size as I have a tendency to overpack- which I still did. The luggage was very easy to maneuver fully weighted and is well designed. I'm very happy with my purchase.

  • Very well put together, have Hartman in the past this is
a least as good if not better.

  • I have several pieces of the Baseline luggage. They are great products. Very easy to pack and offer extra space. Good looking as well. Highly recommend.

  • My last purchase was the fourth Briggs & Riley piece of luggage that I purchased recently. I researched several different brands of luggage and determined that Briggs & Riley was best for my wife and me. We like them much and find that they roll easily on two wheels or four, The handles pull out and collapse easily unlike other luggage we have had. We like the expandable mode but I find it a bit bothersome at times because I seem to collapse one side inadvertently. Providing a lock with the luggage was feature that we did not expect but like. It is great to lock luggage left in hotel rooms keeping maids from looking at our stuff or pilfering something. We have not had the luggage long enough to rate durability but they appear to be durable.

  • Had Briggs & Riley before. I also had Delsey, Rimowa and Tumi. Briggs & Riley can take 1,000 times more pounding that the brands I mention before and their lifetime repair warranty is a definite plus.

  • Perfect size for a checked bag. If you're thinking about getting the large, don't- you'll probably stuff it so much that you'll get an overweight bag charge. When I pack my medium expandable spinner, it usually weighs between 45-50 lbs. I also absolutely love the way it rolls- it rolls very smoothly. Definitely 100% satisfied with my purchase.

  • After spending a lot of money on other high-end brands that just didn’t hold up and discovering they didn’t have great warranties I switched to Briggs & Riley years ago. They are worth the money and the company does stand behind their bags no matter how the damage occurred. I had seen the CX expansion system on the two wheel bags and was waiting for it to come out on the spinners. Once it did I ran out and got the medium spinner, my go to bag, and wow it is as great as it sounds. Unlike the zipper expansion of the old spinner that makes it stick out more at the front leaving it a bit more susceptible to damage when tossed onto the baggage carousel (front first) with this new system you expand the sides of the bag upward, fill the bag up more, zip it closed, and then push it down to compress it back to it's original depth - no extra thickness at the front of the bag. I think it makes the bag way easier to maneuver especially if you end up having to handle your bag a lot, which sometimes happens. I have only used it on one trip but so far I find the new expansion system superior. Briggs has added new wheels to this bag, which make the bag easier to move around than those on the old spinner’s wheels. Time will tell about the durability of the new system and wheels but I am confident that if there is an issue Briggs & Riley will stand behind the bag like they have when I had a problem with a duffel bag - in that case they just send me a new one.
