The Classics always work

Love this type of strap - my backpack now counterbalances my 2-wheeled carry-on, taking all the weight off my arm when going anywhere. (Physics is fun!) Absolutely necessary since I prefer old-school 2-wheeled luggage - being a ‘Boomer, I both fear change and TikTok (the latter more a subconscious anxiety for some reason…but I digress).
Anyway, must-have accessory.

Easy purchase and timely delivery

I had lost my Black Baseline Smartlink Strap on a business trip and ordered a replacement. Briggs & Riley made it easy to order the replacement and it was delivered in a timely fashion.

Must have accessory

Great functionality, quick yo connect and disconnect, makes traveling with 2-3 bags a breeze.

Doesn't fit

This strap cost about $30 with shipping and does not fit my "discontinued" B&R bag. I contacted customer service, sent a photo, and was told she would look in to it for me. Sent a follow up email one week later and now almost three weeks later no response.
