    • Briggs has a great program to keep your luggage rolling.

    • Expect Briggs and Riley roller frame wheel assemblies and their associated allen wrench bolts to fail. Expect the bolt to round out as you try to remove it. Expect, after contacting Briggs directly and actually getting someone to help, who, in truth, over the phone was helpful, and after specifically and deliberately going out of your way to explain the timeliness of the repair kit you need is needed urgently, to send it parcel post and partially via fedex, and then go through a song and dance of trying to get it from either if you're not home on the day it's due to be delivered, albeit late already. Been a Briggs customer for years but very dis satisfied with my experience..

      Maybe Briggs and Riley should reach out to me to make right what, in the eyes of me, the customer was handled poorly, after I, as customer, made great stride to indicate the timely need for what I was asking to have shipped to me, which as of the time stamp of this message, is still not in my hands..
