  • I'll be returning this bag. I own multiples of every Briggs & Riley 4 wheel roller and a number of other Briggs & Riley bags, but this bags design has too big of a flaw for me to use the bag: When you set a dress shirt or suit into the bag, the end of the shirt or suit hangs over the of the bag and getting in to the bag without wrinkling it has been impossible since there isn't a good way to fold that piece in to the bag. My clothes end up less wrinkled in the suiter compartment of a normal bag. Returning this bag has been a nightmare. I've been calling and email Briggs & Riley for a week now and no one responds to send me the required return authorization #. Also be warned customer also needs to pay return shipping.

  • I travel for work 50% of the time and needed something that would make life easier. This is hands-down the best suitcase for business travelers! Packs more than any other carry-on size bag I've used, keeps clothes wrinkle free, and you don't have to fold shirts/pants to pack them wrinkle free. Heavy price tag, but the best engineered bag on the market.

  • I travel 2-3 times a week for work and I need a serious bag. I shyed away from expensive bags and paid the price by buying bags over and over again. This bag lasts and is worth every penny. It's outlasted every bag that I've had to throw away.

  • Best single piece of luggage I have ever owned. Hands down. Choked a bit on the price 7 years ago. Then I used it. Then it lasted. Every once in a while I forget how awesome it is and I start looking at luggage. Then I realize that it is so much better than anything else out there. This from a guy who routinely travels too much...

  • As a serious business traveler, I completely recognize the importance of having the perfect luggage to meet the requirements of frequent travel. After taking my time and doing my research, I purchased this garment bag as well as the large rolling laptop bag. Being a previous Briggs and Riley client, I felt I would be pleased with this combination, I was correct. This rolling garment bag is the most amazing piece of luggage I have ever owned......or seen. It is literally the Swiss army knife of luggage, it is amazingly utilitarian, allowing me to completely organize all of my clothing, accessories, and toiletries. It is perfect for one to three day business trips, past that, you will probably want to look a larger piece. If you combine this with one of the rolling laptop bags that incorporates the attachment feature, making both a single unit, you will be completely pleased. These two pieces have completely changed the way I travel now, I do not believe there is a better business travel luggage combination available anywhere for any price.

  • This is a great two suiter and it is a carry on with wheels. I have tried and owned many brands nothing compares to Briggs and Riley

  • Just got the Deluxe Garment from B&R and took on a three day trip with one suit and the trimmings for a few days. That was so heavy to carry around even short distances!! Despite its good quality way too cumbersome to be at all practical! So I returned it and got this piece and did another trip and it was great. Wheels are so much better than not to have the option! Also traveling with your notebook case is much easier with a pop-up handle otherwise you're going to roll or carry that separately too!!

  • Was accustomed to larger rolling garment bags, but grew tired of waiting on checked bags during shorter international trips. This bag held 2 suits, 2 dress shirts, 3 casual shirts and an extra pair of casual trousers (note: use thinner / flat hangers & plastic bags). Tie pocket is small, but did hold 2 ties, a couple of pocket squares and 2 sets of cufflinks & collar stays. After under garments and toilet kit, the tightest fitting item was a pair of dress shoes (size 12). Initially tried in the outside pocket, but they did fit inside as well. Entire unit fit in all overheads that I tried (747, 777, and a 767 - United & ANA international business class). Only minor issue observed thus far was that I had to pick up the bag as it was too wide to roll through some stubby metal barriers around escalators in a couple of the airports. It did roll down all of the airplane isles, but had to concentrate to walk more centrally. The only way around this would be to purchase the upright carry on garment bag, but I like the traditional horizontal hanging / folding design of this bag better.
