  • Looks good very functional like the compartments

  • I have never written a review of anything before, let alone luggage, but we loved our medium upright so much that we just had to get another one...we were fighting over who would get to use it on trips...They are of the highest quality, and it is obvious when you touch it/see it that it is well built.

  • I must say, I never heard of your brand before, but I am so impressed! My brother-in-law turned me on to your brand and I just had to trust Mike because no stores around me carry your line. When the bag arrived, I started to really see why this is not your ordinary piece of luggage. Can't wait to take it on my next trip! So many nice workable features, like the way it can expand. It's just what I need.

  • College graduation gift for grandson. He loves it and the fact it has a lifetime warranty! Ordering and shipping were a breeze.
Will definitely be ordering more luggage when granddaughter graduates from college.

  • For the most part, this bag is well-built, durable and a good size for most trips. I chose this bag several years ago specifically because it has a built-in suiter. My disappointments with this bag: 1) the suiter normally wrinkles my clothes more than simply folding them in the main compartment does, 2) the expandable feature of the bag needs some work--even though I rarely expand the bag, all the travel and baggage handling has made the sides of the bag weak and normally when it comes down the baggage chute, it looks like it blew up from inside, with the expansion material sticking out all around the bag, 3) the handle is a different width than its carry-on counterpart, so the locking mechanism on my computer bag doesn't fit this bag like it does the carry-on. This bag has a lot of potential, but if I had it to do over, I would not buy it.

  • Both pieces of B&R that I own have held up well and the construction is better than other brands of luggage I have used. The rollers are smooth as silk. The canvas and piping is strong an durable. I anticipate several more years of use.

  • I've had several other pieces of B&R luggage in the past & I've been extremely happy with them. This year, knowing that I had several trips ahead of me, I decided to buy two new, lighter pieces -- this 25" & the 22". Both are light, thoughtfully designed, & sturdy. This piece & a tote got me through a 4 week long trip to Europe & Scandinavia. I had it packed to the gills, but it came thru unphazed. I used the Eagle Creek packing cubes to further organize the contents. One small complaint is that the expandable pull handles feel a bit less sturdy than they might, but so far, so good. I was picked up by a limo when I returned home & the driver looked at the brand of luggage & snobbishly said that I MUST be "somebody."

  • very well constructed and wheels are very sturdy

  • Frequent travel led me to the B&R brand. It is the only one that has lasted. I recently had an issue with a zipper on my Baseline that TSA damaged beyond repair. B&R replaced the bag with a new one, no questions asked. It doesn't get any better than that!

  • This is my 2nd B&R of this kind (the 1st is being repaired after 10 years of hard use). Great follow up to the prior model and I like the zipper enclosure for suits and hanging shirts. Unfortunately the fold up from which is framed with a thin hard cardboard or metal dowel has already broken so will be replacing that.
