    What Are the Shipping Restrictions?

    Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship. Weekend orders will be shipped within 2 business days starting on the following Monday. If your order is placed over a holiday weekend, it will ship within 2 business days beginning the following working day.

    FedEx Home deliveries are Tuesday through Saturday; Monday delivery requires Priority Service (FedEx Express Saver or FedEx 2nd Day). Commercial Ground and Express address deliveries are Monday through Friday.

    What are the Christmas Shipping Deadlines?

    Please place all orders by December 11, 2018 to ensure delivery for Christmas by Ground Delivery. For 2-day delivery, please place all orders by December 17, 2018 to ensure delivery by Christmas. Any order with a monogramming should be placed by December 17, 2018 to ensure Christmas delivery.

    What is the Briggs & Riley 2018 Holiday Sale Return Policy?

    Items purchased from November 16, 2018 through December 30, 2018 as part of our 2018 Holiday Sale Event are eligible for free returns before February 14, 2019. Returns for product purchased during this time period will not be processed after February 14, 2019.

    If you return part of an order that received a discount and the remaining part of the order in your possession by itself would not qualify for the discount, we will recalculate the charges on your entire order to recover the discount before issuing your credit on returned goods.

    Items that have been monogrammed cannot be returned.

    All international sales are considered final.

    Only unused merchandise with the original hangtags attached will be eligible for a refund.

    Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions cannot be cancelled.

    What If my purchase is a gift?

    If you plan to give your new Briggs & Riley as a gift please keep your confirmation email as a “gift receipt.” Please note that any refund will be credited to the original card holder of record, not the final gift recipient.

    Briggs & Riley will only accept returns for product purchased on this website. If your luggage was purchased through one of our retail partners (in store or online), it must be returned to that retailer for a refund

    To initiate the return process:

    You must contact our customer care representatives at 1-877-745-3978 or email us at customercare@briggs-riley.com. The product must be unused with the original hangtags attached in the original shipping box.

    Your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes once we have received and processed your returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once received. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customer’s records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
