"The suitcase arrived and seems sturdy but the handle is broken and will need to be in for repairs as the handle will not stay up (does not click into a locked position). It make towing through an airport a complete pain in the wrist. I am a Briggs loyalist so it is frustrating to me to receive a sub-par product."

"I am new to this brand, and just started buying luggage from Briggs & Riley last year. . . I started with carry on pieces as I travel a lot for work. I love every piece I have, including this check-luggage piece which I used up to last week. It really is worth it!

"I already had this in the carry-on size (that I absolutely love) and I had a big international trip coming up so I really wanted the full size. It fit plenty of stuff, including my winter gear. Full the suitcase weighed 53 lbs when I checked my bag (limit was 70 lbs for this trip). It rolls so nice and makes navigating city sidewalks, train stations, and airports easy (by eliminating luggage frustrations). The handle design also allowed me to easily secure my duffle bag that didn't have a suitcase sleeve."

I purchased the larger size primarily for work trips, where I typically need to pack three to five full suits, dress shirts, accessories, and two pairs of shoes. Your bags are made of remarkably strong ballistic nylon fabric which is a water-resistant material that is so tightly woven that water struggles to get through. Water resistance can resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely. Over time, the water-resistant qualities start to wear and let water in causing water damage.
