"You cannot go wrong with Briggs & Riley. Their products are unlike no other. My advice is don’t waste your time purchasing inexpensive suitcases. Because they will fail you and with Briggs & Riley, there is a lifetime warranty. This is a one and done for me. After my first purchase several years ago. I have given my other suitcases away and ONLY bought Briggs & Riley. Donna"
"Only had it for a few weeks. I will know better later this year when it has 200,000 miles on it. Like the size and shape. Warranty was a major decision factor for me; I hope I do not need to use. Wheels seem very good. Only problem is design of tag on back--it is s almost gone after 20,000 miles (see photo)."
"We've purchased two of these about a year and a half apart for traveling. Durable, easy to port, and with packing cubes it's almost like having a dresser drawer system."
"I was recently looking for another suitcase after my samsonite passed its use by date. I have a Tumi bag that is impressive and attempted to buy the same for my wife however the prices were just too high. I stumbled across B&R which was discounted to about $1000 and after reading some positive reviews I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t disappointed and the trunk worked great on a trip to the Philippines. It’s not quite in the class of the Tumi but it does the job and does it well. For the price I don’t think there is much out there that can beat it."
"Good purchase. It has a much larger capacity than I thought it would have and it weighs less than I expected. I look forward to using it on my next trip."
"I’m very disappointed, I can’t return this case, I had it monogrammed. The narrowness of the case is difficult to pack, and is so deep it’s bulky. I was drawn to a hardside case which wasn’t a clam shell, but I will never use this case. Expensive mistake."
"Best trunk available. Tough yet light weight and rolls beautifully"
"A soon as I opened the box,I knew these were to be envied. I envisioned myself trotting down the tarmac and eyes on this intercontinental spinner. After the blaze of the sun wore of the spectators vision, they glanced tame and whispered “Who could that possible be using that luxurious luggage? I bet she is going to St. Tropez?”. The murmurs continued as I entered the cabin, and with one hand, I effortlessly slid the spinner inits place above my seat. Whispers turned to a unison of “Wow?”. No one dared interrupt me during my flight, but as I left the plane, an older women approached me and asked “I must know where you found such glorious luggage?. As I lowered by shades, I gave her a half cocked smile and whispered, “It;s Briggs and Riley”."
"It’s a great investment"
