Arnold Palmer Invitational Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Briggs & Riley

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, and promotion administrators are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on February 13 and ends on February 22 at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Standard Entry (Instagram)

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by completing all of the following on Instagram:

  1. Like the official giveaway post on @briggsandriley
  2. Follow @briggsandriley and @apinv on Instagram

Limit one (1) standard entry per person.

Bonus Entry

Participants may receive additional entries by visiting the dedicated giveaway landing page and submitting their name, email address, phone number and Instagram handle as instructed.

Limit one (1) bonus entry per person. Bonus entries are optional and not required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) VIP tickets to experience Wine & Dine on 9, presented by Briggs & Riley, at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, valid for Friday, March 6
  • Tournament access for two (2) on Friday, March 6
  • One (1) Briggs & Riley Baseline Essential Carry-On Expandable Spinner
  • One (1) set of Briggs & Riley Carry-On Compression Packing Cubes

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1500.

Prize Conditions:

  • Tickets are valid only for Friday, March 6
  • Flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and any other travel-related expenses are not included and will not be compensated
  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted
  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if necessary

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of selection.

If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
