DO NOT BUY - Doesn’t actually fit underneath the seat!

"Despite B&R advertising as an “underseat luggage”, the large spinner brief does NOT fit underneath a typical domestic economy seat. My wife just traveled on United, in a normal-bodied plane (think 747, not puddle-jumper) and had to store the bag overhead because it was too wide to fit underneath the seat in front of her. DO NOT BUY THIS BAG! There’s no way to easily tell which plane models this will fit on and B&R is refusing to process an exchange because we took the bag on a flight. I’m not sure how we were expected to know the bag wouldn’t fit without actually taking it on a plane, but this is not the experience I would have expected from such a reputable brand. We’ve been longtime customers of B&R and have 3-4 different pieces from them, but the combination of misleading marketing and then following poor customer service is making us rethink where we spend our money."

The way it rolls and doesn’t open fully

"It is a great piece of luggage except for the fact when rolling on all 4 wheels it wants go diagonally. The other thing I don’t care for is when you open the main zipper it doesn’t open fully with ease the wheels get in the way of each other. Other than that I like it very much"

"I love having a spinner briefcase, and the design is pretty good. . . but I wish you had kept some design elements of the 2-wheeled briefcase. Specifically, the laptop section used to have its own slim zippered pocket, and could fit 2 laptops in sleeves. For international travel, this is so convenient because one always has to take laptops out through security. The laptop pockets in this bag aren't as easy to access."
