"I’m not really happy with this carry-on which I took to Europe. Number one it didn’t hold as many clothes as the person with me who had a smaller European size. Carry-on. Number two the handle became extremely wobbly with a short amount of time and the wheels didn’t spin easily like they should. I would like to return it."

I have had the suitcase less than a week and the luggage strap came off and is nowhere to be found. For the price point a better strap locking attachment on the suitcase is needed. I have heard the same complaint from other crew members that have this bag. Other than that I love this suitcase."
