"This is my go to bag, I own two of these, my latest model I purchased in blue and it is very attractive with the silver zippers and silver handle. The bag itself is my main bag for travel, easy to pack and holds plenty for my longer trips. The build is always exceptional; I have had them repaired but just on a tune up basis. My new bag has just finished its first trip from Florida to Japan, even after 7000 miles of travel it looks new. Qudos to Briggs."

Not great - poor value

"For as much as I paid for it i am disappointed. Not as large as the last one I bought plus the wheels will not last more than 2 flights on United. Frankly I feel ripped off."

A huge investment but worth the money

"An expensive piece of luggage. But you get what you pay for. It is well made robust and has a life time guarantee. Only time will tell so having used it once far to early to say . It appears very well made, it handles well. Not the companies fault BUT The Couriers are pretty appalling ! Claiming I had sent the piece back they didn’t even attempt to deliver it ? The After sales experience team were magnificent! They attempted to track the order/ return. And meanwhile arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Personally I rate the after sales service as important as the product itself whatever that brand might be . If the after sales service is anything to go by. Then this really is a great bit of kit and if you travel a lot you really do have the assurance of support and backing of the sales experience team 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you 🙏!"

30 years and going strong

"Versatile and durable…happy to see the newest version of a solid bag. I carried this on my honeymoon in 1995. Was exceptional then and now 31 years later and I am on a second marriage and bag is still going strong! Always accommodating and easy to close and maneuver and never have had issues with zippers or material. Through multiple international trips remains a rockstar! When we bought this they did not have universal spinner wheels, which might be available now but would not trade for anything!!!"

"By far the best rolling garment bag over any other brands’ equivalent. I have travel heavily for the past 40 years, and have purchased many top brands including Tumi, Travelpro, Samsonite and Briggs & Riley. In my experience, Briggs & Riley has always been superior in quality, durability and function. They also fully stand by their lifetime guarantee. I have never had a problem with them repairing for free any past bags that did break … even many years later. The even better news is that my Briggs & Riley luggage very rarely broke down versus other top brands i had. This particular bag is big enough to hold my clothes and travel necessities for three week trips. Briggs & Rirley unique quick attachment system for adding their accompanying carry-on luggage to to top of this bag is ingenious. Making it quick and secure."

Poor zipper design at the fold

"The design at the corners is hard to zip after the bag is folded closed because the zipper must make a 180 degree zipper turn. This $1000 purchase was a total disappointment. I loved the carry on bag I bought and believed this would be the same quality of design. For the cost I believe this must be one of the worst engineered products Briggs and Riley offers. On the baggage claim belt I have seen similar bags with fold flaps that turn up instead of down, I think that is probably a better design for zipping closed."

Holds a Ton and Highest Quality

"I got my wardrobe spinner the day before I left for a trip (thanks to helpful B&R customer service), and I am glad I did. This thing holds a lot! I think I had 5 shirts, a suit, a sport coat, and two of my wife's dresses hanging in there plus all my other foldable clothing (packed in compression luggage cubes), plus one pair of my size 12 shoes. And the quality goes without saying, right? I've got four pieces of B&R luggage now, and the only thing that compares in terms of build quality are my Pathfinder bags from 25 years ago (BTW, that was far better than what they make now--don't be fooled)."
