"This was a Christmas gift for one of my kids that does a lot of traveling. He had already seen it in person and knew this was what he wanted. He has already had an opportunity to use it and is very happy with it. The ordering process was quick and easy, and it arrived well within the Christmas timeframe."

Poorly made and Lifetime Guarantee not real

"This suitcase is made with very thin plastic. It will cause concern the moment you see the bag in person. It is not well made enough to withstand normal travel on any commercial airline. We bought this suitcase online trusting that Briggs and Riley would be the best and when it arrived I had to do some mental gymnastics to maintain that trust. That trust is now gone. The corner was dented the very first time we used our new suitcase. However, the "Lifetime Guarantee" does not cover dents. So they made the suitcase out of a material that does not hold up to normal travel and then they say that their design flaw is the customers fault. I feel like I was set up to fail and duped by a company I have trusted for many years."

Luggage for Life

"I have had another set of two wheel soft side Briggs & Riley spinners for over 30 years and they have held up, so I have decided to purchase the hardside 4 wheel spinners 3 piece set. I fly at least 10 times each year and will use them in the next 2 weeks. The wheels spin easily, the hunter green color is beautiful and inside is spacious. I really like the hook inside to hang a few clothes. I have bought other hardside brands over the years and they did not last. The lifetime warranty is also a main reason for purchasing Briggs and Riley. I’ll never have to buy another set of luggage agacin!!!"

Where are the small interior pockets??

"I owned a large spinner for ten years and recently had it replaced with a new Torq (warranty replacement!) I was somewhat surprised (shocked?) to find that the interior pockets in the main compartment are gone. It is just one big space. Why would you do that? Those pockets were a great place for. . . small items. A great organizational tool. It makes no sense to me."

Amazing product and guarantee

"Superb design and quality. I have been a regular international traveller for over 15 years. I like the design and was encouraged by the lifetime guarantee. The case has served me so well all that time, but when a crack appear in the shell, I sent it off and was told not repairable, so they supplied a brand new equivalent replacement without any quibbles. This is such a refreshing and simple guarantee. I encourage anyone to buy this great quality product for that reason alone."
