"I’ve been extremely impressed with the Briggs & Riley Torq Medium Spinner. For me, it’s the perfect size for about a week-long trip. It holds everything I need without feeling oversized or cumbersome. Great, so far

"I received my new luggage on 4/24/26 and took my first trip with my new luggage on 5/17/26. So far, I love it. I had originally planned to purchase something less expensive but the lifetime warranty swayed me to go with Briggs & Riley. I was also looking for something lightweight and with spinner wheels. This piece, which I will use for checked luggage, meets everything I was looking for. Even when packed, this mid-60s woman could still lift it by herself. In addition, I also like the way that the weight seems to be evenly distributed in the suitcase. My previous suitcase was always taking a nose-dive after it was packed."

"We were excited to receive our new, but expensive luggage. Upon arrival, we were disappointed in what appears to be flimsy shells. We have used them once since their arrival. We are pleased with them so far, especially the rollers, we will see how they perform in actual travel where they are really put to the test as others throw it around in luggage batches. We are counting on the lifetime guarantee. Time will tell."

"Great bags but the lifetime warranty means nothing if bags cant be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I have multiple bags from them and i am incredibly disappointed that one has been out commission for momths because a part is in back order. If they cant fix their bags in a reasonable amount of time they should provide a replacement, or scratch the lifetime warranty from their marketing materials."
