"I don’t mind paying for the best. But one of the new bags down sizing doesn’t work on day one. We are in South East Asia now and Spain in July and wish there was a phone number for customer help, just this endless loops for FIY??? I really wish there was a chat or phone to make this right. I know there Are warranty for life, but day one You do t know till you pack the back before your travels."

Metal Rods Telescopic Pull-Out Improvement

"The luggage is excellent in quality, and I’m very happy with the overall build. That said, I wish the metal rods for the telescopic pull-out handle were better protected. In the current design, the rods are exposed on the back of the luggage, which makes them highly susceptible to damage. I purchased this for my Christmas/New Year vacation, and after just one flight, the metal rods were already scratched and covered in noticeable marks. This was only a single trip, so I can only imagine how much worse it will get after multiple flights and years of use. A protective cover or housing for the rods would greatly improve durability and keep the luggage looking premium over time."

My husband and I travel internationally- frequently. We own 5 of your baseline bags, 3 are spinners. We live so much about these luggage bags. On the 22inch and medium Check-in the wheels do not go straight, they go sideways and veer off. Do you have an adjustment we could make to fix this? Is there a trick we do not know? For the baseline medium and large are there luggage protectors available. Next question how many garments can fit in the medium or large.: Good Morning, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. We do not currently have any protectors for the soft sided bags. You might try your local luggage store or Amazon.com, they may have something that will work. You can fit about 3-5 items in the garment section of the bags.
What if the bag is so damaged that it simply can be repsired: Good Morning, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. Your bag would be sent in to one of our authorized repair centers and they will evaluate the bag that needs to be repaired. Once they have done that they will see what our options are.
