WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY HOLIDAY GIFTS?

For delivery by 12/24/2025, please see the shipping cutoff dates below.

For monogrammed orders:

  • Ground shipping: Order by Friday, 12/12/25 4:30 pm ET.
  • 3-day shipping: Order by Thursday, 12/18/25 4:30 pm ET.
  • 2-day shipping: Order by Thursday, 12/18/25 4:30 pm ET.

For non-monogrammed orders:

  • Ground shipping: Order by Tuesday, 12/16/25 4:30 pm ET.
  • 3-day shipping: Order by Friday, 12/19/25 12:00 pm ET.
  • 2-day shipping: Order by Friday, 12/19/25 12:00 pm ET.

Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship. Please allow 1 extra day for processing of monogram orders. If your order includes any product with personalization, the entire order will ship once the monogram production is complete.

Our warehouse will be closed Thursday, 11/27, Friday, 11/28, Thursday, 12/25, and Friday, 12/26. Orders placed after noon ET on 11/26 will begin shipping on 12/1.

FedEx Ground deliveries are Monday through Saturday; FedEx Express Saver or FedEx 2nd Day deliveries are Monday through Friday.

Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions cannot be canceled.

DO YOU OFFER EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS?

Yes, items purchased on or after November 1, 2025, are eligible for free returns until February 1, 2026.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from briggs-riley.com, you may return any eligible unused merchandise that has the original hangtags attached within 30 days of receipt. International orders, Repair Kits, and Digital Cards are not eligible for return.

If your product is monogrammed, a $20 restock fee will be deducted from your refund. Orders placed with monogram foil are charged an additional $15, which is nonrefundable.

Refunds will be initiated to your original form of payment or as store credit after your return has been inspected and approved.

Return shipping is free for US customers. All international orders are considered final.

WHAT IF MY ORDER’S A GIFT?

You can easily send a present to your recipient by inputting their address at checkout. To add a personalized note, select Is this order a gift?, and we’ll include an exclusive Briggs & Riley holiday card with your order. 

Please save your confirmation email as your gift receipt. All returns will be credited to the original payment method, not the final gift recipient.

Choose from denominations of $25 to $500 in increments of $25, then either enter your email to receive your digital gift card within 24 hours or schedule a send to your recipient’s email address.
