WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY HOLIDAY GIFTS?

For delivery by 12/24/2024, please see the shipping cutoff dates below.

For monogrammed orders:

  • Ground shipping, please order by Friday, 12/13/24 4:30 ET.
  • 3-day shipping, please order by Tuesday 12/17/24 4:30 ET.
  • 2-day shipping, please order by Wednesday 12/18/24 4:30 ET.

For non-monogrammed orders:

  • Ground shipping, please order by Monday, 12/16/24 4:30 ET.
  • 3-day shipping, please order by Wednesday 12/18/24 Noon ET.
  • 2-day shipping, please order by Thursday 12/19/24 Noon ET.

Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship. Please allow 1 extra day for processing of monogram orders. If your order includes any product with personalization, the entire order will ship once the monogram production is complete.

Please note that our warehouse will be closed Thursday 11/28, Friday 11/29, Tuesday 12/24, and Wednesday 12/25. Orders placed after noon ET on 11/27 will begin shipping on 12/2.

FedEx Ground deliveries are Monday through Saturday; FedEx Express Saver or FedEx 2nd Day deliveries are Monday through Friday.

DO YOU OFFER EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS?

We do! To ensure a stress-free season of gifting, items purchased on or after November 1, 2024 are eligible for free returns until February 1, 2025.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions cannot be canceled.

We are unable to offer refunds for donations. Personalized items are subject to a $20 restocking fee if returned.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Briggs & Riley Online, you may return any unused merchandise with the original hangtags attached, for a prompt refund within 30 days of receipt of product.

Return shipping is free.

All Travel Accessories must be in their original packaging with all items included in order to be applicable for return. Items received incomplete will not be given a refund.

If you purchased your item from another retail store or website, please process your return directly through that retailer. Our return link below is for briggs-riley.com orders only.

*If you are returning more than one item from your order, you must process each return request individually.

Your credit card will be credited for the price of the product and any taxes when we have received and validated your returned item. A $20 restock fee will be deducted from your credit if your product is monogrammed. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customer’s records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

All international orders are considered final. No returns will be permitted.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS A GIFT?

You’re about to make someone’s holiday extra special! At checkout, you can add a gift note by selecting “Is this order a gift?” when entering shipping details. Don’t worry, prices are never shown on the packing slip. Please make sure to add your gift note before placing your order.

Make sure to keep your confirmation email as a “gift receipt.” Please note that any refund will be credited to the original card holder of record, not the final gift recipient.

Gift cards are final sale and will be emailed to the purchaser within 72 hours of purchase. They can then be printed out or forwarded to the recipient. Gift cards are only valid for use on briggs-riley.com.
