WHEN IS THE BRIGGS & RILEY 2020 HOLIDAY SALE EVENT?

WHAT IS EXCLUDED FROM THE BRIGGS & RILEY 2019 HOLIDAY SALE EVENT?

Offer excludes discontinued styles, the sale category, and donations. Per piece savings applies to full-priced merchandise only, prices are as marked. Offer cannot be combined with any other instant savings offer.

Offer is not retroactive and does not apply to purchases made before November 24, 2021 12:00 a.m. ET.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship. Weekend orders will be shipped within 2 business days starting on the following Monday. If your order is placed over a holiday weekend, it will ship within 2 business days beginning the following working day.

FedEx Ground deliveries are Tuesday through Saturday; Monday delivery requires Priority Service (FedEx Express Saver or FedEx 2nd Day). Commercial Ground and Express address deliveries are Monday through Friday.

Please allow 1 extra day for processing of monogram orders. Please order by 12/7/21 for ground delivery by Christmas.

For Christmas delivery with ground shipping, please order by 12/8/21.

For Christmas delivery with 2-day shipping, please order by 9am EST on 12/22.

Due to delays with FedEx, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping carriers are working at full capacity which may result in additional days required for pick-up and delivery of your order.

FREE RETURNS

WHAT IS THE BRIGGS & RILEY 2021 HOLIDAY SALE RETURN POLICY?

Items purchased on or after November 1, 2021 are eligible for free returns until February 1, 2022.

All international sales are considered final.

Only unused merchandise with the original hangtags attached will be eligible for a refund.

Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions cannot be cancelled.

Orders with a monogram cannot be returned.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS A GIFT?

If you plan to give your new Briggs & Riley as a gift please keep your confirmation email as a “gift receipt.” Please note that any refund will be credited to the original card holder of record, not the final gift recipient.

Briggs & Riley will only accept returns for product purchased on this website. If your luggage was purchased through one of our retail partners (in store or offline), it must be returned to that retailer for a refund.
