Exterior layout is a 3 stars: Straps aren't great and the side pockets are too small for most waterbottles, and don't have good retention even for ones that fit. "I love the medium cargo work bag. I previously had the slim backpack, and realized I needed a slightly larger bag. This bag is perfect for me. It is thoughtfully made and is human centered design. There are plenty of pockets for everything you could possibly want to carry including a mini umbrella to a laptop, e-reader, and tablet. There are convenient pockets to hold your passport, or keys on the front side. I travel with this bag, and I am never fumbling for anything. The construction is durable and has a premium feel. The zippers are excellent quality and feel like they will last a long time. This is a great work bag and if you travel, I can attest that it fits perfectly underneath the chair."
