Best suitcase ever

"The new bag is fantastic , has already been Portugal leaving tomorrow for New Orleans and next month to Hawii then a cruise in December, can’t say enough about the quality and warranty of Briggs and Riley and would highly recommend someone want something that last a lifetime they consider Briggs &Riley for there next purchase ."

— Antonio A. (5/5)

"Impressive luggage. Attention to detail is great! Hope these last for awhile!"

— Nanette (5/5)

Value over time.

"I just took these bags on their first trip and I never realized how a good bag can make your travel easier! Smooth rolling wheels, sturdy handles and the compression packing is amazing! I do all the heavy lifting, so I usually handle my wife’s bag as well as mine. I have rolled 2 large checked bags for miles and they’re a breeze to handle, even on carpet. Yes. They’re expensive but I just sent 3 Samsonite bags in for warranty repair because of broken wheels, handles and body plastic. Nothing was covered and all 3 are in the landfill and I’m out almost $300 per bag! Briggs and Riley seem like a buy it once and done kind of company. The warranty was the determining factor, especially after my Samsonite experience."

— Barry B. (5/5)

"using this this week and so far its amazing. love the look. only down side is you're at 50 lbs very quickly even though you have tons of extra space"

— michael (5/5)

Got the Expandable Baseline Spinner

"Got the Expandable Baseline Spinner Set - Used it multiple times this past year. Best luggage set I’ve owned so far. Makes organized packing so much easier & the expandable feature comes in so handy after all the holiday shopping. Love it! I wish they sold luggage covers too. Reason being I love to care for my things and don’t want my 3-piece looking new for as long as I can. The only drawback to owning these is that they’re a hit with the wife and she’s been using these non-stop. Her usage is a bit rough & I have to give my Briggs & Riley a mini spa session every-time they travel with her. Don’t think twice - Buy these! Waiting for a sale or some discount codes to land in my inbox so I can gift my wife her own set."

— Gaurav P. (5/5)

Perfect for frequent travel

"The bag comfortably fits suits with its special section to keep them relatively wrinkle free. Very high quality bag and perfect for longer trips. I’ve been loving mine"

— Samuel K. (5/5)

Great set

"Rolls great. Very strong quality and ease of use. Classic design styling."

— Mark C. (5/5)

Humongous But Perfect for Long Trips

"The suitcase is so HUGE that my matching Cabin Spinner fits inside it - that simplifies storage! The only downside is that it gets heavy because it is so easy to put everything including the kitchen sink inside it. Next time, I'll try to be a little more disciplined about what I put in. It rolls easily so the weight only matters if you have to go up and down stairs. For an airplane trip and staying in hotels it is perfect for longer stays, especially when needing to pack formal wear for a wedding as well as casual clothes for sightseeing, etc."

— Jay S. (5/5)

This suitcase looks amazing. I

"This suitcase looks amazing. I haven’t used it yet but my daughter has 3 of these and loves them. They are made so well and I’m excited to start using it."

— Janelle D. (5/5)

I love this bag!

"Great bag for extended vacation requiring multiple layers and various 'dressiness' clothes choices. Have had B&R bags for decades and they are built to last. One certainly cannot disregard their lifetime, no questions asked warranty. They are worth every penny!"

— Scott A. (5/5)

Q&A

Hi. I have this luggage but the wheels have become so worn that it needs to be replaced. What is the repair that goes with this luggage? I need to replace the 2 front wheels.: Good Morning Christina, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. Please contact our customer service team at customer-serivce@briggs-riley with the style number of your bag and they will be able to assist you with you request.
I have the Baseline 22" carry-on and the Large Baseline 29" in olive color. I need the medium Baseline 26" bag. - Can the 22"carry-on bag fit into the 26" and then the 26" fit into the 29" bag for storage?: Good Afternoon JP Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. The bags do not nest together for storage.
Difference between large expandable spinners: Good Morning Susan, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley, I am not sure which shippers you are trying to compare. You will want to call our Consumer Service department at 877.745.3978 for more assistance.
Is the bag waterproof - even the zippers?: Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. Your bags are made of remarkably strong ballistic nylon fabric which is a water-resistant material that is so tightly woven that water struggles to get through. Water resistance can resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely. Over time, the water-resistant qualities start to wear and let water in causing water damage. Our products are not waterproof or water-repellent. We value your loyalty and are committed to ensuring your confidence in our brand. Your feedback will aid us in making necessary improvements. We send your experience to our dedicated team for review.
Can I change the Monogram on my bag?: Good Afternoon Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. You may certainly change your monogram or if you prefer you can order the patch and leave it plain. . The personalization patches are available for purchase on BR.COM for $20.00. Each product ships free with instructions on how to install the patch on your Briggs & Riley bag. To place your order , you can follow this link: https://www.briggs-riley.com/collections/personalization-patch · From the Main Home page click on https://www.briggs-riley.com and hover over "Shop" on the menu bar · Select "Monogrammed Accessories" in the Accessories column Best Regards Customer Service
