Reviews

Great cases I now have

"Great cases I now have 4 from Briggs and Riley and love them, For an absolutely perfect sale they should include a little buf cleaner to just take the edge of the scrathces they pick up especially the ones that go into the planes hold."

— Joey R. (5/5)

The Juru Still Is Out

"The customer service is awesome but the suitcase already as several scratches after trip one. I am not sure how long the exterior will maintain its integrity based on trip one but fingers crossed."

— Marita L. (3/5)

Not as expected at all for the money.

"Wheels are good, but plastic material scratched easily and expandable inserts collapse below the zipper line during air travel. This jams up the bag to open and crushes anything inside."

— Rita E. (2/5)

The suitcase looks great and

"The suitcase looks great and has come as advertised. I will only know more after my trip."

— Fazal M. (5/5)

Great wheels

"Like the sturdy design of this suitcase. However, the wheels are the best part."

— Jean V. (5/5)

Daughter in law loves it

"I bought this and the carry on as a shower gift for my future daughter in law. She is looking forward to using them for many years to come! Well made and good looking."

— Marie T. (5/5)

Great bag

"This is our second expandable spinner, we have the medium and while I like the medium, my wife likes more room and this is perfect. Solid build, handles, zippers, wheels all feel good. Be mindful, these bags are similar to other big dark blue bags. on our first trip a woman was half way out the door with the wrong bag, even with a bright colored handle strap…it would just be nice to have more colors to chose from."

— Ken V. (5/5)

Expansion issues

"I love Briggs and Riley. I own three other bags and this was my last size to buy…the big one. It is sturdy and I appreciate the quality as always, “but” it has an expansion piece that can pop up and expand significantly if you need it. What is happening for me is that I don’t need it to expand, and it is opening anyway. It makes it less sturdy and I am afraid it is going to tear up. It is definitely less stable that way."

— Kim R. (4/5)

Absolutely perfect suitcase

"I waited until our 12 day trip to Europe to review this bag. The room! The smooth wheels! The option to expand! I can't say enough positive things about this bag. I'm writing this review and then ordering the international carryon for my next trip."

— Lisa I. (5/5)

Very Nice Luggage

"So far I've only gotten to travel once with my set since I got them. They roll super smooth and look fantastic. I wish they didn't get scratched so easily, but I really don't that exists. But, so far so good. I like them."

— Patrick M. (5/5)

Q&A

What are the dimensions of the Simpatico 30" large checked bag?: Good Morning Joyce, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. Please see the size below. EXTERIOR DIMENSIONS (includes wheels and handles) 30 x 20 x 12-14.25 in / 76.2 x 50.8 x 30.5-36.2 cm
Do you still offer a bag with a longer extension handle- great for adding a bag with a slider strap for over the top of the handle? I bought one 9 years ago and it’s getting pretty worn. But I love that longer handle!!: Good Afternoon Wendy, Thank you for contacting Briggs & Riley. We don't offer the SU330CXSP-4 with a longer handle. A small duffle with a slip through pocket should fit on top of the bag but it does not work with the interlocking handle systems.
