    "The monogram was the only disappointing part. The first one I received clearly had not been pressed hard enough, and the last letter was barely embossed compared with the others. I submitted a warranty claim and, of course, Briggs & Riley replaced it for free. The replacement was much better and looked the way I expected it to. Great service and an easy fix, but it was still disappointing that the first one passed quality control and was sent out that way."

    "My luggage’s is absolutely gorgeous and I love the monogram. It will make it incredibly difficult for someone else to try to claim it as their own. It is beautifully done and I loved the way I could choose the font. The pricing was good. I spent a lot of money on this luggage so a few more dollars for the monogram was well worth it. It’s the most beautiful luggage I have ever seen."
