"hard shell scratches way too easily. should have been disclosed. otherwise a great bag. but with briggs and riley reputation and price you should really disclose expectations on your hard shells. at this price hard shells might even be a bad idea. the customer service was not willing to help me at all. had it on one trip one plane ride and it scuffed a bunch. i wouldnt get a hard shell if your not happy with lots of scuffs"

It is so easy to wheel every little feature has been thought of and it is deceptive and how much you can fit into it. They have thought of every little detail down to every storage zipper. You wish you had on the inside and the outside!"
