Expected Much More

"Received this bag in the mail today (along with the medium). This is my first time purchasing a B&R product but I have seen their product lines in person at a store although I had not seen this line specifically and loved everything I saw and touched. I'm quite disappointed in the overall product as it feels very cheap and ill planned. Pros: -Nice external design and attractive quality -Interior materials are butter soft and rich feeling Cons: -Zippers are clunky and because of their odd oblong design its sometimes hard to pull the zipper around because the free moving part of the pull itself doesn't want to go the same direction as the zipper. -This is my own fault for not reading but, they always talk about how the interior is lay flat (free from external handle). This bag does not have that luxury, so be mindful. -The hard-shell exterior is very thin and cheap feeling. Design is very nice but its the flimsiest hard-shell I've ever felt in mid to luxury category. -Exterior luggage tag is built into the backside by the handle. Great idea but the pouch that holds the card has no elasticity to it to keep it secure and the tag itself is a piece of cardboard with no plastic over it or leather style case to enclose it. There is also no way to remove the card itself without essentially bending the cardboard. Honestly crazy for over $500. -Wheels are not great. Took it for a couple inside rolls in the house and they stick and feel soft instead of gliding. Wanted to love it, maybe will try with one of their other products or lines but this feels like style over substance and this is more of a $250 bag on its best day."
