"Really pleased with the overall quality but at this price point there are niggles! 1) Shoulder straps loosen with ease sometimes just slip to the stopper! I’ve had a lot of backpacks/rucksacks/bergans over the years and this is by far the worst for slipping and constant adjustment! 2) It would be nice to have a more durable base on the back pack as I’m always looking for somewhere clean to put it down or balancing on my foot to avoid damaging the base. 3) Not weather resistant! I asked what waterproofing spray I could use and was told none and to buy a cover! They don’t sell covers so in essence I should have spent half price and probably been happier."

Backpack straps constantly slide

"There is a significant design flaw with the straps and buckles in that I constantly have to hold or pull on the straps to keep the backpack from sliding down my back. I see this issue in at least one other review below. After several weeks (greater than the 30 day return policy) and a handful of trips, the straps’ condition has steadily worsened as they have gotten slicker. I will be taking to a repair shop. If not fixed, I will be looking to donate the bag. It is that bad and frustrating… a waste of money at this point. I was a big fan of Briggs and Riley, not anymore."
