The only minor complaint I have is that the handle is a little wobbly when extended. "It is what it was advertised as, a small carry on case. My only issue is that the outside front pocket is too small to put my 15” laptop in so it is pretty much useless for me. Otherwise, the inside is well organized and useful and it rolls well. I will use it for years to come."

Wheels on rug could be better

"I like the purchase but rolling on rug the wheels could be better. I had to struggle a bit rolling it. Ended up tilting it on the side to better roll. I like the handle on the outside, never is a struggle to open the handle now. Front pocket is good for putting items before the TSA. Love the lifetime warranty, that’s why I purchased it."
