A big upgrade from my veteran Tumi

"This back replaced a veteran Tumi two-wheeler, and so far it is outperforming the old bag by a wide margin - much more packing space, a smoother roll, and very stable. Love the lifetime guarantee. Love the interior layout, the garment section is surprising spacious, and love the high quality exterior - touch ballistic nylon."

— Patrick C. (5/5)

Great 2 wheeled luggage

"The functionality and versatility of this carryon is amazing. The garment section of the carryon is quite large capacity. I was able to put 7 shirts and 3 pants which had no wrinkles when I unpacked. The lifetime guarantee and the ease of use and large capacity are great factors to purchase this carryon."

Been a flight attendant for

"Been a flight attendant for 32 years and this bag is unbelievable, wish I had made this purchase years ago. I'm a commuter so I back extra as I'm gone for days and I'm tall and have big feet so I need the extra room and I cannot believe how light and easy it is to roll this bag through the airports. Another flight attendant friend told me it's with the purchase and she was sooooo right!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

— Lisa L. (5/5)

High quality, lasting luggage!

"High quality expandable bag. Expansion mechanism can be a little clunky but it’s better than other zip-type models. Lifetime warranty and customer service are great."

— Tyson T. (5/5)

Almost perfect

"I like how sturdy the bag feels. I personally feel like the extra weight is worth it for the reliability. I’m disappointed with the wheels. They’re hard plastic and very loud on uneven ground. For how expensive the bag is, I would expect something upgraded like rollerblade wheels. The new “locking” nub for the t-bar accessories is a nice touch. The straps/j-hooks don’t fall off as easily but they can still fall off. A tug in the right direction and your $25 accessory is gone. The structure that allows for expansion is great and holds structure well. I also like that it’s adjustable, it’s not just expanded or not. You can extend it, pack it and then squish it down after you close it."

— Naniluaole P. (4/5)

Disappointing

"I really want to like this suitcase; however, the two wheelers made it less maneuverable plus the handle bar built in on the bottom side of the suitcase makes it harder to place in an overhead compartment- cannot slide in easily."

— bonnie c. (2/5)

One year in thousands of miles traveled

"I have been a Flight Attendant for 36 years and have owned a number of different bags over the years. One year in with the 2 wheel Baseline Essential 22" and I can honestly say that this is by far the best bag I have owned. With the flat bottom I can easily pack everything flat and I have no problem carrying everything i need for 7days of work. It pulls super easy and fits in just about every aircraft overhead bin (except very small regional jets i. e. CRJ-900) that I work or commute on. The material is solid and still looks great even after one year. I have never had a issue with the handle and I do clean the outside of the wheel bearings from time to time to remove carpet fibers so the wheels spin smoothly. Yes many will say the price is high but this is a bag for life. The crew bags we are offered from that other brand are junk and barely last a year or two. I may not have too many years left as a Flight Attendant but I know this bag will last me far beyond and into retirement. Thank you Briggs and Riley for making a quality product"

— Brian P. (5/5)

So I’ve been a flight

"So I’ve been a flight attendant for about five years and I’ve had the tumi 4 wheel the travel pro flight Crew 5 and I did extensive research on one of the best Crew bag amongst flight attendants and pilots and I decided to go with Briggs and Riley… the garment compartment specifically for my uniforms and the lifetime warranty is what sold me… I’ve had it for about a month now it’s sleek, it’s durable no complaints so far!"

— Trinity B. (5/5)

Solid and dependable

"I took this to Mexico for a trip through Oaxaca and Mexico City. Of course, there was an unexpected checked bag situation, and I knew my Briggs and Riley would perform admirably. Sure enough, it landed in Oaxaca looking great, with all my belongings in place and in one piece. It took on cobbled streets without a problem, and looked stylish doing it. The wheels are solid, and I felt that I had made a great, buy-it-once purchase. Thanks! Love my luggage!"

— MELANIE H. (5/5)

Superb Quality

"The construction and design of this carry-on is fantastic. Well thought out practicality and function. Outstanding materials were used. It looks great and professional. Love the blue color!"

— STEVEN W. (5/5)
