I Have Buyer’s Remorse.
"I finally pulled the trigger on this piece of “premium” luggage. It is the first that I’ve ever paid this much for. My current carry-on spinners have considerable life left in them, but I’m working toward traveling with only a personal item bag, since we can now be forced to gate-check our carry-ons. I decided, this time, to spring for the best. I bought this Cabin Spinner in the Ocean color. It’s an attractive shade of blue, and the general aesthetics of the bag are pleasing. But I just returned from a 9-day trip, and there are some issues that I didn’t expect to contend with at this price point. The wheels spin decently, but honestly, they are not the smoothest that I’ve experienced, and for $519, they should be. The bag also prefers to wheel along more easily to the left than to the right. These are not Hinomoto wheels, nor do they have sealed bearings. They’re just average spinner wheels, no smoother than the wheels on my two older, much less expensive spinners. On the second day of the trip, the telescoping handle collapsed. It still works, but one side slipped down, into its own framework, and had been wonky ever since. And trust me when I tell you that I take excellent care of everything I own. I have always been very gentle with my belongings. Furthermore, the zipper keeps sticking. It’s hard to pull and zip, even when the bag is empty. No YKK zippers here. What did I pay $519 for? The Briggs & Riley name? I’ve used it, so I can’t return it. Now I’m now stuck with a very pricey, albeit attractive, bag that I’ll likely never use again. Maybe I just received a lemon, but I’m hoping that sharing my experience saves someone else the same level of regret."

Cute Cabin Bag Carry-On Spinner
"This is a high quality underseat bag. I do love the unique way one can stack it on another handle of a rolling suitcase. It fits other brand handles fine! Just pull through and rotate the unique handle holder / grabber. 35 liters is a great volume. We’ll see if it works on transatlantic flights. I’ve notice that regulation roller boards and spinner carry-ons get checked often when one is seated at the back of the plane; I’ve seen them “get checked for free” at the plane door while boarding because there’s not enough overhead space left. I’m banking on this one making it through! I’ll update the review later. I’m thinking I can still have something to stack my personal item backpack and still have wheels. The handle is flimsier than expected for such a costly suitcase. That’s why there’s 4 stars"

Great bag for work
"I’m loving this bag! I use it for all my work needs including my laptop, lunch in a large glass container, and 40 oz water bottle. I have to walk 2 blocks in the morning to get from my car to the office, it’s rolling perfectly and I appreciate the lifetime warranty."

I really like it easy
"I really like it easy to maneuver Sturdy good materials looks will last long. It is heavier as compared to other under seater in the market. I gave 4 stars because it didn’t fit under the regular seat. I was able to fit it under the seat with extra legroom."

Works great as a weekender
"My husband surprised me with the cabin spinner for Christmas to replace an old carry on I’ve used over the years. I’m so impressed with how much room there is in the interior! My old case with two wheels took up more interior space than this new four wheel model does. I was able to use it for a two night trip recently, including packing extra shoes, my makeup bag, clothes, pajamas and iPad. I can hardly wait to use it for our upcoming trip to Europe."

We love our cabin spinners.
"The cabin spinners are small but very practical with lots of compartments. We love how they are stackable on other Briggs and Riley luggage pieces. We haven't taken them on a flight yet but, unless you stuff the front compartments full of stuff, they look as though they will easily fit under the seat on an aircraft."

great bag, but. . .
"I love this bag - how it's shaped, the compartments and it truly does fit under the seat. Two things that were disappointing are that the big zipper gets stuck and it luggage doesn't roll smoothly. For the cost I would expect better quality on those 2 issues."

"Beautifully made. However I do not like the color. . i would exchange it but i dont like the alternate color choices. . the material is good. The pockets on the sides are not very attractive but will be useful. The overall quality is very good."
