  • I couldn’t be happier

    By Ronald Baulding, on 2/19/2019

  • I was on the fence about buying this for many months, but finally jumped on it during the Christmas sale. Very happy with the bag. I can fit a lot into it, I packed some nice clothes for myself and my fiance for several days, including a blazer, a big coat, and several nice shirts and dresses. That was just in the suiter part. The inside of the duffel held the toiletry kit and some shoes, socks, and underwear. Overall very surprised and happy with the bag.

  • I think this bag is a miss. I own over 10 pieces of Briggs & Riley baseline luggage and travel extensively, so I know a good bag when I see one. The suiter compartment in this bag only opens on the top and one side, so it only is open 1/2 way. You then need to push in your suit and dress shirt and it is impossible to do so without getting it wrinkled. Returning this bag has been a nightmare. I've been calling and email Briggs & Riley for a week now and no one responds to send me the required return authorization #. Only response I have received to date has been a return authorization # for the wrong order/item. Also be warned customer also needs to pay return shipping.

  • This bag is really incredible. Perfect for a weekend when you needs one hanging clothes and lots of space for folded stuff. Even has a little “shoe garage” to keep things clean.

  • .....but decided not to keep it. Great for professional business travelers on quick trips BUT I don't do that anymore. GREAT bag thought, awesome bag design!!!

  • Great utility bag for a quick overnight stay. Lots of flexibility with the different pockets including the separate shoe compartment and the garment bag option. Taller people might find the garment area a little short for their jackets is the only drawback that I have found.

  • Great piece of luggage, I do a lot of 1 to 2 nights traveling and it holds everything nicely. I love the way it will unzip to lay flat and hang in the closet, plus the shoe compartment keeps the shoes away from my garments. I have a rolling computer bag and it will secure very well to the extendable handle. It is very well constructed and worth every penny to me, I am sorry I waited so long to get it.

  • The design is interesting, but the handstraps need to be completely reworked. The hand straps are stitched so it digs into your hands and becomes uncomfortable quickly as all the pressure from the carrying the bag is channeled via the stitching. Furthermore while the straps look stylish functionally they are too thin for a bag of this size. The overall design of this bag is not where it should be.
