Holy Grail of luggage
"The ZDX line of luggage is the best luggage I have ever used. It is has the best wheels. As a 125lb, 5ft 4 woman, I can wheel 4-32kg/70lb bags back to back and throw a carry-on across the top of one of them and move them through any international airport. The fabric is super durable. The topside zipper design is the smartest and provides the least room-footprint when you have live out of a suitcase and pack a lot for extended trips. It is expandable. It is easy to add things to when you are already fully packed and need to squeeze in the last few purchases or forgotten items. The design of the handle extensions on the outside of the bags is so smart. It protects the bag when you have to drag it up a stair or a car/bus transfer or the weight machine at check-in. The handles are easy to telescope with different height settings. The zipper is the only thing that has bothered me. Not that the zipper seam has ever been compromised, though I can say one more reinforcement is not a bad choice if you were to make an addition. The only issue is zipper hardware. Please choose a different hardware maker for the zipper- the actual zipper slider/toggle. The customer service is incredible. Send in no questions asked and get back beautifully. I want to mention also the wheels design of this luggage has survived and out performed on miles of pitted concrete between countrys’ borders. Holy Grail of luggage! The best suitcase!
"This suitcase is extremely sturdy and has more pockets than I know what to do with. There's even a small pocket for hiding an AirTag. The wheels are extremely smooth and the zippers don't get stuck. You can fit a lot of stuff in this suitcase. I like how there's a life time warranty. This suitcase is high quality and perfect for traveling."

"This luggage is incredibly sturdy and it's built like a tank! I really appreciate how well designed this luggage is. Briggs & Riley clearly put a lot of thought into the overall organization, size, and functionality of this suitcase. Overall this suitcase has enough storage capacity for me and my wife so we no longer need to bring multiple suitcases. I love that the wheels appear to be easily replaceable. On my old suitcases, the wheels were always the first thing to break, so it's great to see that Briggs & Riley made this part easily serviceable. The wheels also glide super smooth which makes this luggage very portable. The warranty also gives me confidence that this company truly stands behind their products for the long haul. Lifetime protection
"This Briggs & Riley Spinner suitcase is backed by a lifetime warranty. I think this is important to note because any company that is willing to repair their product for life 1. Stands behind their product 2. Cares about its consumers. The suitcase itself is very well made and includes premium features like high grade spinner wheels, durable shell made from ballistic nylon, helpful organization design (jacket pocket, mesh dividers, cinch straps, hideaway tag), and a handle mounted on the outside to maximize interior space. The color ocean is a gorgeous blue / green shade that will make it easy to spot at baggage claim. The suitcase is a little on the heavier side, weighing about 11. 5 lbs. It is pricier than competitors coming in at $519 but it does have the really nice features and again the 'Simple as that' lifetime warranty which really saves you in the long run."

"I've been blown away by the ZDX Large Expandable Spinner. it's hands down the best suitcase I've ever used. The flat packing surface from the exterior handle keeps my clothes crisp and wrinkle-free, and the zip-around expansion gives me the extra space I need without compromising organization. I love how easy it is to access essentials with the large front compartment and orange-lined top pocket, and the interior garment panels and lid pockets keep everything neat. It glides effortlessly on spinner wheels, feels incredibly sturdy with its impact-resistant corners, and the smart strap makes handling multiple bags a breeze.
