I love my Briggs $ Riley luggage

"I just bought 4 more pieces of luggage. When we were coming home from St Maarten last month I was confronted woth how much better the Briigs luggage is! My grandson now needs his own luggage (he is 1 1/2 years old) and my daughter used an older piece of luggage for him. It was terrible! Hard to wheel, impossible to maneuver. Briggs & Riley has completely spoiled me. So I bought my grandson a large, myself a medium and two more just in case!!"

Updated Spinner

"I purchased this bag in Hunter last year. I purchased this bag right before Ocean was released because when I went back for the cabin bag in April 2025 I was so sad as, I really liked the Ocean color. I cannot do mismatched luggage so I purchased two new bags in Hunter. After researching for a new bag for my husband, I came back to this collection and I rebought everything in Ocean for me, and I will give him the Hunter colored suitcases. Don't worry he is okay with it. The reason for mentioning this is because they have updated this bag. The new bag no longer gets thinner at the top and so it is uniform in thickness. I think it is a little bit wider too. Also, they put some side bumpers at the top of the bag and now you get a plate for your initials. I like B&R and have bought several sets over the years."

Holy Grail of luggage

"The ZDX line of luggage is the best luggage I have ever used. It is has the best wheels. As a 125lb, 5ft 4 woman, I can wheel 4-32kg/70lb bags back to back and throw a carry-on across the top of one of them and move them through any international airport. The fabric is super durable. The topside zipper design is the smartest and provides the least room-footprint when you have live out of a suitcase and pack a lot for extended trips. It is expandable. It is easy to add things to when you are already fully packed and need to squeeze in the last few purchases or forgotten items. The design of the handle extensions on the outside of the bags is so smart. It protects the bag when you have to drag it up a stair or a car/bus transfer or the weight machine at check-in. The handles are easy to telescope with different height settings. The zipper is the only thing that has bothered me. Not that the zipper seam has ever been compromised, though I can say one more reinforcement is not a bad choice if you were to make an addition. The only issue is zipper hardware. Please choose a different hardware maker for the zipper- the actual zipper slider/toggle. The customer service is incredible. Send in no questions asked and get back beautifully. I want to mention also the wheels design of this luggage has survived and out performed on miles of pitted concrete between countrys’ borders. Holy Grail of luggage!
